Shipping Policy – MedExpress

1. Shipping Origin
Service requests are fulfilled and shipped from India.
2. Processing Time
Service requests are typically processed for prescription verification and shipping within 1 to 3 working days after successful payment and dropping the medications with original pharmacy receipt at the receiving locations of MedExpress Services.
3. Delivery Estimates
International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
4. Tracking
Tracking details will be shared once your service request is dispatched.
5. Customs Delays / Refusals
International shipments may be inspected by customs and regulators and may be delayed, refused, returned, or seized.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Re-shipping fees may apply if the address is incorrect or incomplete.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Report damaged, and / or opened packages within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos of the packaging before opening the package. Any medications that are not eligible for export will be informed duly informed to the customer; in which case customer must make arrangements to pick them up in India or get them mailed to their family / contact in India at their cost. MedExpress Services is not liable for such delivery costs and / or any related expenses incurred by the customer. Any such medications that are left with our locations in India for more than 14 days will be disposed of as per local laws and regulations and directly or indirectly MedExpress Services is not liable in such cases.
