2. Eligibility

3. No Medical Advice

MedExpress does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for making medical decisions.

4. Prescription Upload and Verification

• All medications require a valid prescription from a medical professional
• You confirm the prescription you upload is accurate, unaltered, and you are authorized to share it with us.
• We may request additional details, reject a service request, or cancel a service request, if verification is not possible and / or does not comply with the rules and regulations in USA from time to time.

5. Service Requests, Pricing, and Availability

• Placing a Service Request is only limited to shipping / courier the requested medications; and MedExpress Services does not sell any pharmaceuticals, medications / prescription drugs. We may accept or decline service requests based on verification, compliances, and/or shipping constraints.
• Our service charges may change from time to time and customers will be informed before a service request is confirmed, in such cases.

6. International Shipping and Import Risk

Service request is processed and shipped from India to the United States of America (and any other destinations, we serve). You acknowledge that:

• Importing medicines into USA may be restricted or illegal in many cases, and entry may be refused by the government authorities; and in such cases MedExpress Services is not liable, responsible to resolve and / or respond to government authorities and / or guarantee delivery, but can only provide guidance on getting it resolved.
• shipments may be delayed, returned, refused, or seized by regulators or customs authorities and MedExpress Services is not responsible in any manner, form or function and in such cases, customer takes full responsibility to make harmless and indemnify MedExpress Services, its associates, partners and affiliates at all times.

7. Duties and Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, local levies and / or any other charges or fees.

8. Restricted Items

We do not ship items prohibited by the destination country’s laws and / or courier policies. We may cancel service request/s where required, due to compliances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedExpress is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages and is not liable for any delays and / or seizures caused by customs/regulators or carriers beyond our control.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law: The laws of the state of Illinois govern this agreement.

Dispute Resolution: Customers consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Will County, Illinois, USA in case of any disputes.
